would be interested to see if anyone can write on the following prompt: The prospective of an older man, between 70-90 and how he views the world now compared to how it used to be. Like how young men treat women more disrespectfully now than they did back then, how back then there were no computers/ipad/iphones etc, and how adapting to all this change has effected him.
Just seems like an interesting thing to write about, especially if you can ask men around these ages feel about it all, to give you more of an idea of how they really feel. Please leave a note if you do
put together a list of prompts for the group Drop in, look at them, if you use one, leave him a lovely note
has put up two new prompts:
1) paying for it by the hour (doesn't have to be the obvious! Think of unusual things people could be renting out by the hour. Their emotions? Be inventive!)
2) the sparrows nesting in her mind

Glory Be 2018 - News Updates
Hello everyone
November walked in with silent feet, and we've began our final count-down of days in 2017.
I can't hardly believe it's already that time again, can you? A whole new year is looming closer, and with that a whole new year of ideas growing and writing awaiting; and though Glory Be has dwindled to a core group remaining, and only once in a while new members taking up the challenge (I salute you all), the group will certainly stay open for you in 2018.
Though, with some small changes (:
Both your captains, dear Shirokibo (https://www.deviantart.com/shirokibo) and I, are going to refrain from the weekly Weekend Inspiration and Visualisation journals, and

Contests, Prompts and more (:
Hello everyone,
Curating a short journal for some currents bibs and bobs of inspiration in the forms
of contests and prompts that are alive in dA lit-land as we speak.
The wonderful Chezzy-Am (https://www.deviantart.com/chezzy-am) is hosting a Writer's Arsenal contest, with lots of good prizes.
Over at Understood-Accepted (https://www.deviantart.com/understood-accepted) they are holding a Feelings contest, combining both the written as the visual arts.
July is Flash Fiction Month, so if you feel like flexing those muscles, there's still time to jump in.
And if you're looking for smaller things to tackle, have a look at our Glory-Be-Project (https://www.deviantart.com/glory-be-project) latest prompt
